Yana Fidan is a 2D animator based in Melbourne, Australia. She has a keen interest in creating abstract and playful animations that often explore adult themes. Her work aims to expand the boundaries of traditional visual storytelling by incorporating humor into her narratives and pursuing innovative aesthetics.

After completing her Master's in Animation, Games, and Interactivity at RMIT University, she showcased her animated films internationally, won a pitch competition at the Animate Australia festival, and was awarded the 2024 ACMI X + Ludo Studio Residency.
